3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the tokekw platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep such information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree to notify tokekw immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. tokekw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. We may close or suspend your Account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms, if we have concerns about fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law or regulation.
tokekw is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of our obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering and player-protection frameworks, we are required to verify the identity of our players. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).
4.1 When Verification Is Required. tokekw may request KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, when deposits or wagers reach certain thresholds, if unusual account activity is detected, or as a condition of processing a promotional claim.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. tokekw currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit is typically Rp 50,000, though this may vary by payment method. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your Account verification level and payment method — verified Accounts enjoy higher limits. Contact our support team for specific limit details.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet methods are typically reflected in your Account Balance within minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Outside banking hours, processing may be delayed until the next business day.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days (WIB). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.5 Wagering Requirements on Deposits. To prevent misuse of the Platform for money-laundering purposes, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement applies to all deposits, even those not claimed with a bonus.
6.1 Promotional Offers. tokekw may, from time to time, offer deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (commonly expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Only wagers on eligible games contribute to meeting the wagering requirement — check each promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are intended for recreational players. tokekw reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers if we detect bonus abuse, syndicate play, arbitrage betting, or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of recreational gaming.
6.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly stated, promotional offers are limited to one per person, one per household, one per IP address, and one per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
6.5 Expiration. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your Account automatically.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the tokekw platform are subject to acceptance. tokekw reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at any time, without prior notice, if we detect irregular betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, technical errors, or palpable odds mistakes.
7.2 Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms. Togel results are based on draws conducted by the official lottery operator. tokekw's decision on all settlement matters is final.
7.3 Cancelled or Postponed Events. If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed to a date more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.
7.4 Live In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are offered on selected sports events. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between bet placement and confirmation. tokekw reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of an event has already been determined.
7.5 Betting Syndicates and Arbitrage. tokekw is intended for individual recreational play. Coordinated betting by syndicates, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, or any activity designed to exploit promotional offers or guarantee profit is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and voiding of all related wagers.

8.1 Self-Imposed Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and wagering limits on your Account at any time. These limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.
8.2 Reality Checks. tokekw offers optional reality-check reminders that display your session duration and net gaming activity at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes, 60 minutes). This feature can be enabled in your Account settings.
8.3 Time-Out and Self-Exclusion. If you feel that you need to take a break from gambling, you may request a temporary time-out (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During a time-out or self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of 6 months.
